Forget about it, Wendy. It happens. Grrrrr! But this is substack, not a polished manuscript. A place where we can get away with being a bit human. March on, Wendy.
Thank you, Chet, for the kind support! My own dearest Sister in Christ, who used to be my most excellent Editor in some of my writing (pre-Substack), went Home to Heaven in June of 2021. I will see her again when I go Home…but alas, I must edit for myself now. Actually, I like being somewhat imperfect, strengthens my authenticity and humanity. Blessings to you, Chet! Wendy
“…being somewhat imperfect strengthens my authenticity and humanity…” beautifully said, Wendy. How does the saying go? “Perfect is the enemy of good.” Voltaire? I also think knowing you are going to edit yourself, makes your investment in your story stronger. It might not subconsciously give you an out to hand it over to someone else to polish up. Continue on with your creativity, Wendy. March on.

No Worries, Wendy. I put stuff out all the time and find typos and grammar mistakes afterwards (usually my wife or son point them out).
Hey, thank you for sharing a combo. It was a finished/work in progress! 😉
