Thank you for these reminders Wendy.

I used to make lists all the time, I'll start by making a list of things I procrastinate about... tomorrow

Antila, thank you. I fully get the idea of making a list of things I procrastinate on...tomorrow! There, that'l show 'em!!! I guess this is the human condition. I remember a book written on the art of procrastination. Cannot remember the title but it was hilarious! Keep making those lists!! It is the checking off of things actually done that creates the nice warm feeling of accomplishment, even if it is "walk from this side of the room to the other!" "Done!"

Thank you, Wendy. Nowadays, people are trying to live simply.. minimalism is all the rage so your lifestyle will serve as a good example. Having lots of "stuff" can be a stress, as you said. I like a simple life too and I don't plan on complicating it too much. :)

Hello from a former Oregon native - born and raised my first 30 years of life, vacated to the other side of the country a few years ago. Your publication is a breath of fresh air, thank you.

Tesstamona, a humble thanks back! Oregon is a raw state, or was when I was growing up. I miss it sometimes, as I no longer live there...but still maintain the common sense roots that seem to bloom in at least parts of dear Oregon! Bless you, Tesstamona! Thank you!!

David, thank you for sending on the beautiful hymn! I remember that dear old hymn from my childhood Baptist church. The sentiments are real and I agree. That is also why I write about the love of God for the suffering and the poor. Thank you again, David! God is certainly good, all the time, through thick and thin. Blessings to you. Wendy
