The heavenly Father hears you. Remember the first shall be last and the last shall be first.

So if you consider you are a 'Z', you shall be an 'A'.

Re "This is the hour of the Shire-folk, when they arise from their quiet fields to shake the towers and counsels of the Great."

Indeed so.

"Then I saw heaven standing open, and there before me was a white horse. And its rider is called Faithful and True. With righteousness He judges and wages war. He has eyes like blazing fire, and many royal crowns on His head. He has a name written on Him that only He Himself knows.

He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and His name is The Word of God. The armies of heaven, dressed in fine linen, white and pure, follow Him on white horses.

And from His mouth proceeds a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations, and He will rule them with an iron scepter. He treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God the Almighty."

Hold on tight!

Baldmichael, thank you! I actually do not want to be an "A", am quite satisfied being in the background and "laboring in the Vineyard" as a "type Z". I have never sought fame or influence. I like being the quiet substance of support. I sincerely thank you for reading my current piece. I am re-reading Lord of the Rings for the first time in many years. So much depth to Tolkein's writing and Holy Spirit nudged me to write and to simmer on the depths of these great books. Love the book of Revelation as well. God bless you!

I understand. You can be an 'A' in the heavenly Father's heart without being an 'A' in the world's eyes which is what I was thinking about.

Baldmichael, I did "get" your intent with your comment about being an "A" as opposed to a "Z". Actually, the "Z" concept may be my own term ( meaning those who are less physically dynamic, more introverted to some degree and need more sleep than average). I have never heard anyone else using this. I am not against type A people, they are driven and much needed in this world, they get some things done! That being said, the hidden "infrastructure" of the world also needs people behind the scenes, to run the darn thing! When I used to live in San Mateo, CA., which was filled with very smart tech-types and plenty of high income folks, the rents were driving out people of modest or lower income, myself included. I began to wonder...WHO will run the infrastructure behind the scenes when the rents are skyrocketing?? Who will run the retail, the restaurants, the transit, the basics of keeping a city, both small or large, simply functioning? Not everyone is called to be a high-income tech type. Those are fine but sometimes the attitude there in San Mateo/Silicon Valley, seemed to be that everyone else was there to serve them and did not matter in the least. This is a long and winding road. I am happy being a Servant of the Most High God and in the place He placed me. I sincerely appreciate your insight, Michael!!
