Thank you, Cork, as always, for your quiet and kind support for my writing work. You do the same thing in your writing, with careful consideration of what you are saying and it shows! I will look into that book you suggested, thank you. All God’s best to you, Wendy
My experience: pregnant 19 y old, picnic supper, sudden severe pain, is this what having baby feels like?, 2 weeks later new baby, sans gall stones! Well I told myself-no bikini for me, ever - and life is only starting! Be grateful your gall bladder healthy till late in your life!
Susan, thank you for sharing your visceral experience with gallbladders and troubles with such! Not fun. I hope there is nothing in my recent piece that indicates anything but GRATITUDE to God for living past my youth. I took MANY stupid risks when I was young, hence my Substack basically on “what not to do”. I am 100% grateful to be alive and to be in reasonably good health. I shared my gallbladder adventure to also share what God guided me to do, as I hang out with Him every single day. Blessings to you and yours, Wendy
Lisa Graham Parson, humble thanks for your comment. God is certainly merciful and gracious to us when we stumble and He gives us many chances to “get this right”. Bless you, Wendy
John, thank you. There is nothing like a blunt lesson to make us listen, especially someone who is as stubborn as me. I am already feeling better and continuing to consult with Dr. God every single day and following His wise counsel. God bless you, Wendy
Geoffrey, than you for your good question. My answer would be that I experience His words to me as a combination of both physical and spiritual healing. In my nightly visits with Papa God, I concentrate on what is troubling me and what counsel I might receive. Much of it is indeed, centered around spiritual healing and I NEVER forget the profound importance of that, as it flows out to our physical and mental self. With this gallbladder occurence, I also took seriously any counsel about food and nutrition and attendant concerns. Being the stubborn person that I am, that has been my greatest difficulty, learning to trust Papa God with my entire life. I am a work in progress! Bless you for your thoughtful question, Wendy
K.M., thank you for your comment. I actually experienced God's counsel to me to be a combination of both spiritual healing and physical healing. He always brings wise counsel, every single time and this time for me, His counsel was both for physical and spiritual concerns. He actually knows things...thank Him!!! Bless you, Wendy
Wendy - another great thought provoker. Thank you so much for all the time and thought you put into your weekly posts.
I have been reading Dr. Casey Means' book, GOOD ENERGY. You might could benefit from some of what she has to say about nutrition.

Are you sure He was talking about your health issues? Spiritual healing is much more important.
